Questions
- How do I pay?
- In Litecoin, from the Subscription page in your dashboard. Card payments are coming soon. Nothing renews on its own: you choose when to pay again. Have an access code? Redeem it instead.
- What happens if my plan runs out?
- Nothing is deleted. Your shop goes offline to buyers, your own domain stops pointing at it, and you can't add new products, price options, keys or suppliers. You can still log in, edit what you have and see your orders, but resellers can't buy or top up. Renew from Subscription and your shop is back straight away, just as you left it.
- Do you take a cut of my sales?
- No. Buyers pay you directly, through your own PayPal, Cash App, Stripe, Litecoin or Bitcoin wallet, and we never hold your money.
- Do resellers pay anything?
- There's no fee to join. Resellers top up a balance, paid straight to you, and each key they sell takes your price from it.
